They charged my friend who lives here 250 in damages that were actually there before the move in. I was there helping her unlike the redpoint workers who are completely rude and don’t know how to do their jobs.

I've lived at Redpoint Tempe for four years now, and I can't recommend it enough! The rooms are super spacious and come with comfy furniture, giving you plenty of room to make it your own. Plus, the pricing is really reasonable compared to other places near ASU.
The amenities here are amazing. The pool is perfect for cooling off, the clubhouse is a great spot to hang out, and the gym is my absolute favorite. They recently upgraded the equipment, and I was impressed when they even got a piece of equipment I requested! High-speed internet is available throughout the community, which is a huge plus.
Parking is a breeze with plenty of free spots, and there's even a shuttle to ASU, which is super convenient. The people here, both residents and staff, are friendly and always willing to help. Mitchell, Jeffrey, and Charles from the management team are especially awesome, and the maintenance team is always quick to respond.
Overall, living here has been a fantastic experience. The community vibe is great, and I've met some amazing people. If you're looking for a place near ASU, definitely check out Redpoint Tempe!

The Redpoint Scion maintenance company has greatly improved the efficiency and timeliness of Redpoint’s services! Michael helped us out today and was very kind and quick with fixing our bathroom issues! In the past I have had problems with the maintenance here, but not since Scion started taking over!
