  I don't write a tonne of reviews, but I wanted to make a point to recognize Jan, the resident Thai massage therapist at Soma Soul and Wellness. Jan is simply extraordinary. His skill and expertise are unparalleled in my experience. While communication was a bit of challenge due to English not being his first language (it didn't bother me, or affect the treatment), his skill more than makes up for it. I’ve had Thai massages all over the world, and Jan’s was the best experience I've had.

  I can’t say enough good things about Soma and Soul! I was welcomed by the most wonderful person, Emily. She immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. I saw Naturopathic Dr. Choi and from the moment I sat down in her office she made me feel at ease and we had the best initial consultation to really get to know me and what my needs are. From there, I was recommended to see RMT Kate and again she immediately made me feel comfortable and assured me I was in a safe nonjudgmental space. Grateful for their care and attention to detail!

  Jayde is one of the best! I always feel the genuine care she devotes to every visit. A kind person and skilled practitioner. I recommend her to anyone who will listen, and even some who won’t 😂 Do yourself a favour and book a session today! The same goes for the entire staff at Soma & Soul BTW. Dr. Mary has put together an incredible team.
