  Had a wonderful experience with Granite Unlimited. Great customer service, fast, and top quality work. Owner Paul was very thorough in explaining the differences in product and different pricing, office staff was very helpful in choosing the right stone and was very quick at answering phone calls and emails. Daniel came to measure on Monday morning and gave some suggestions. Him and his team was at my house installing on Wednesday afternoon the same week. The way Daniel coordinated the instal amazed me, from time management to checking in with me on all the details to the clean up. Again can’t stretch enough on great customer service from the beginning to the end. Thank you, Paul, Daniel, Yana, and team.

The showroom setup made it straightforward to compare different stone materials. Planning: The team was thorough during the planning stage, taking precise measurements and discussing the layout with me to ensure it met our needs. They provided practical advice on material and design choices. Fabrication: The fabrication of the countertops was handled professionally. Granite Unlimited kept me informed about the progress, which I appreciated. They use modern technology to accurately cut and polish the stone, which was reflected in the quality of the finished countertops. Installation: The installation process was smooth. The installers were efficient and tidy, careful to minimize disruption and clean up after completing their work. They made sure both countertops in the master bathroom were properly installed and secure. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service provided by Granite Unlimited and the quality of the granite countertops installed in our kitchen and master bathroom.
